Performance Characteristics
1.This product is an oily substance and can be emulsified using the company's matching emulsifier. Under specific conditions, it can be emulsified into a micro-emulsion or macro-emulsion for use in the washing, dyeing, and finishing of textiles or garments.
2.When treated with the emulsified product, fabrics achieve excellent softness, resilience, loftiness, and improved drape and wrinkle recovery.
3.During the emulsification process or when using the emulsified product, all equipment must be clean to avoid adverse effects.
Scope of Application
Suitable for various fibers, especially for the post-finishing of pure cotton, polyester/cotton blends, and wool fabrics.
Emulsification Process
Oil + Emulsifier → Low-speed stirring for 20 min → Add the first portion of water, stir for 10 min → Add the first portion of glacial acetic acid → Stir for 10 min → Add the second portion of water, stir for 20 min → Add the remaining water → Add the second portion of glacial acetic acid → Stir until a fluorescent blue transparent liquid is formed.
